Our engineering network is open for business – with a few changes to how they operate.

 

The garage door engineers we work with are continuing to serve customers as safely as possible. This means they’re doing everything possible to keep themselves and customers safe.

The new processes they have in place include:

• PPE worn where appropriate
• Regular hand washing
• Payments taken over the phone by our service team
• Receipt hand-posted or emailed

These are just a few of the measures the engineers have put in place to keep everyone safe and to ensure peace of mind.
